Established in 2017, Sports Shooting Stars has filmed over 400 LIVE games! Including several YAIAA Championship Games, District Playoff &Championship games, and other Special Sporting Events!
We are a 501c Non-Profit Organization.

Long time sports enthusiasts, Dew Jones is father of 4, a York County resident,
and a sports dad who kids graduated from Central York.
Dew started Sports Shooting Stars in 2017 with the help of IT Producer Clif Kern.
Dew notes his reason for starting the program,
“In 2017, there was no LIVE coverage of any of the games and a lot of the
student-athletes were going high Division 1 and Division 2. But we had no access
to see them. So I wanted to give myself and the public access to these amazing
students and of course provide a bigger platform for our local talent. I am happy
to say, we receive thousands of views. So far, I believe we done just that.. and
more!

Todd is a devoted husband and father of two. He is a long-time ringside announcer for wrestling and various other sports. Todd has been covering sports for the past 35 years and is known as the “Voice” of Sports Shooting Stars!

Marcellus Gotwalt is a dedicated husband and father of 4. Marcellus brings heart, energy, and focus to every aspect of life. A former Division II basketball player, Marcellus has become a familiar voice in Central PA, known as the Rutter's Voice Guy for over a decade and the play-by-play announcer for the York Mighty Ants semi-pro baske
Marcellus Gotwalt is a dedicated husband and father of 4. Marcellus brings heart, energy, and focus to every aspect of life. A former Division II basketball player, Marcellus has become a familiar voice in Central PA, known as the Rutter's Voice Guy for over a decade and the play-by-play announcer for the York Mighty Ants semi-pro basketball team. As an artist, he has shared the stage with legendary rappers and gospel singers, showcasing his versatility and passion for music. With over 24 years of experience in voiceover, radio, and digital marketing at 105.7 the X and 92Q, Marcellus has been working with Sports Shooting Stars since 2022, continuing to engage and inspire sports fans!

West York Alum, York College Graduate. Brandy is a former college basketball and volleyball player. Brandy is the Director of Parks and Recreation for Springettsbury Township. She handles our PR, coordinates with sponsors, and commentates our games. She's always helping us create new opportunities for student-athletes!

Belinda has filmed every Sports Shooting Stars game since our inaugural season. Belinda also assists with our camera equipment, season budget, and SSS Merch. If there's a game on TV, she's filming the game!
